Weber Tack (“Weber Tack,” “we,” “us”) builds custom racing tack for barns across the country. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit webertack.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, or get in touch, we collect the information you give us:

Your name, email address, and phone number.
Details about your barn and order, such as the number of horses in training, the equipment you need, colors, and logos.
Anything you send us by text, email, or phone in the course of working together.

When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools may collect standard technical information — your device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, and to answer your questions.
To design, build, invoice, ship, and follow up on your order.
To schedule and confirm appointments.
To send offers and news about Weber Tack products, but only if you have opted in.
To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We use Meta Pixel and Google tools (Analytics and Ads) to measure traffic and conversions. These services set cookies and may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We do not pass your name, email, or phone number to them. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings, the Meta ad preferences, and Google ad settings.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the business — the customer-relationship, texting, and email platform that powers our quote form and follow-ups, payment processors such as Stripe and QuickBooks for invoicing, and carriers for shipping. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. Phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and order history for as long as you are a customer or prospective customer, and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reorder needs — many barns reorder the same tack for years.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and our service providers do the same. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

By providing your mobile number and opting in — on our quote form or by texting us — you agree to receive text messages from Weber Tack about your quotes, orders, and appointments, and, if you have chosen to receive them, offers and news about Weber Tack products.
