These terms govern your use of webertack.com and any quote, order, or communication with Weber Tack (“Weber Tack,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Invoices are issued through Stripe or QuickBooks and are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. Production begins once payment is received or as otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes unless the invoice says otherwise.
Orders ship directly to your barn or the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the order. Please inspect shipments on arrival and tell us about any damage or shortage within 7 days.
We stand behind our work. If a piece fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper care, or alterations made by anyone other than Weber Tack. Except as stated here, our products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You may use webertack.com for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or flood it. The content on the site — text, photographs, logos, and designs — belongs to Weber Tack or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weber Tack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or from any product, including lost purses, earnings, or racing results. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
By providing your mobile number and opting in — on our quote form or by texting us — you agree to receive text messages from Weber Tack about your quotes, orders, and appointments, and, if you have chosen to receive them, offers and news about Weber Tack products.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
